About Us.

A Different Standard of Care

Phoenix Behavioral Health & Wellness was founded on a simple but deeply held conviction: behavioral health care should be structured, evidence-based, and profoundly human.

We believe care should feel steady. Thoughtful. Grounded.
It should restore clarity—not create confusion.
It should strengthen people—not overwhelm them.

Phoenix exists to elevate the way care is delivered—placing dignity, operational excellence, and clinical integrity at the center of every interaction.

Our Founders

Phoenix Behavioral Health & Wellness is led by sisters Brittney Dick, MHA, and Crystal Maynard, LPC, whose combined experience bridges science, executive leadership, and clinical care.

CEO: Brittney Dick, MHA

Brittney serves as Phoenix’s Chief Executive Officer and brings more than a decade of C-suite leadership in behavioral health across both inpatient and outpatient settings. With a background in biochemistry and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration, she leads with systems-level insight, operational excellence, and a commitment to building human-centered organizations that are both clinically strong and sustainable.

CCOO: Crystal Maynard, MS LPC

Crystal, Phoenix’s Chief Clinical Operations Officer, is a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than twenty years of experience across human services. Her work focuses on translating behavioral science into thoughtful treatment models, healthy therapeutic culture, and environments where both individuals and care teams can thrive.

Together, Brittney and Crystal lead Phoenix with a shared conviction that meaningful behavioral health care begins with treating people with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion. From that foundation, they work to build strong systems, thoughtful leadership, and trusted partnerships that support individuals, families, and communities. Their belief is simple: when organizations care well for people and operate with integrity, they don’t just provide services—they help move the needle toward a healthier, stronger world.

Our Approach

With their combined strengths, the founders have curated a diverse and highly qualified team of clinicians and support professionals who share a unified philosophy:

Care should be structured.
Care should be evidence-based.
Care should be delivered with dignity.

At Phoenix, we operate with a client-centered model—though here, we prefer the term guest. Each guest is treated with warmth, respect, and intentional attention from the first interaction forward. The individual is not an afterthought to the system; the system is designed around the individual.

We meet people where they are and walk with them toward steadier, healthier living.

Our Commitment to Texoma

Phoenix Health & Wellness is proud to serve the Texoma region.

Our commitment extends beyond providing excellent care within our walls. We aim to strengthen emotional wellness across the communities we serve—supporting individuals, families, organizations, and systems in building greater resilience and stability.

Stronger individuals build stronger families.
Stronger families strengthen communities.

We look forward to elevating the standard of behavioral health care in Texoma—through leadership, integrity, and a renewed way of serving people well.
