Clinical Care

Day Treatment (PHP)

Stabilize. Strengthen. Rebuild.

Day Treatment, also known as a Partial Hospitalization Program or PHP, is our highest level of outpatient care. It offers the structure and clinical intensity of a hospital day without asking you to leave your home, your bed, or the people who matter to you.

Each day follows a coordinated therapeutic schedule built around evidence-based individual and group work, skills practice, clinical oversight, and steady progress review. The rhythm is deliberate. Structure is what makes stabilization possible.

Who this may be appropriate for

Day Treatment may be appropriate for adults who:

  • Are experiencing significant emotional or behavioral distress that interferes with daily functioning
  • Require structured, multi-hour therapeutic support during the week
  • Have recently experienced an escalation in symptoms, or a transition from inpatient care
  • Need intensive stabilization while still being able to sleep in their own bed at home

This level of care is designed for adults who would benefit from coordinated, comprehensive support within a professionally guided treatment setting.

What a day looks like

Programming runs on a consistent weekday schedule with clinically facilitated groups, individual sessions, skills instruction, and time built in to rest and reset.

Every guest works from an individualized treatment plan that is reviewed regularly by the clinical team, so care adjusts as you do rather than staying fixed to where you started.

Stepping down with a plan

Day Treatment is a level of care, not a destination. As stability returns, our team coordinates a deliberate step down into Intensive Outpatient or ongoing individual work, so momentum is carried forward instead of interrupted.
