Clinical Care

Intensive Outpatient Care (IOP)

Focused Support for Forward Movement.

Intensive Outpatient Care sits between weekly therapy and Day Treatment. It offers several structured clinical hours each week, delivered in a schedule designed to coexist with work, school, caregiving, and the rest of an adult life.

The result is depth without disruption: enough clinical contact to create real change, arranged so that you can keep the commitments that give your life shape.

Who this may be appropriate for

Intensive Outpatient Care may be appropriate for adults who:

  • Need more support than weekly therapy provides
  • Are navigating heightened anxiety, depression, trauma, or life disruption
  • Are transitioning from a higher level of care and require continued structure
  • Want deeper therapeutic engagement while maintaining work or family responsibilities

IOP offers structured clinical support with flexibility for daily life commitments.

Built around evidence, not guesswork

Programming draws on established modalities including cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavior approaches, trauma-informed practice, and structured skills training, matched to each guest's clinical presentation and goals.

Measured progress

Progress is reviewed against goals you helped set, in plain language, on a regular cadence. You should always know where you are, what is working, and what comes next.
